Paul is a water industry expert with 20 years’ experience in Scotland and England. He excels in leading data and billing teams, driving innovation, and delivering solutions in regulated environments. With a vision for revolutionising the sector, he aims to enhance client efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Gary is a data professional that has been in the water industry since 2013. Using his background in applied mathematics, he excels at problem-solving and data analysis. Gary has worked on large-scale data improvement projects in his time in the industry. These include data cleansing, address matching and large scale data migrations.

Andy entered the water industry in 2014, working on large-scale data projects and data portal delivery, as an analyst, software developer and project manager. Since then he has been involved in many projects where data is critical issue, especially around data cleansing and occupancy.
Now he specialises in providing bespoke software solutions to both clients and internal teams, with a passion for providing intuitive solutions to complex problems.

Greig is a seasoned operational/process manager skilled in team leadership, customer support, complaints management, and operations oversight. He excels in financial forecasting, data analysis, and solution development, consistently surpassing targets with a focus on high-quality delivery. Greig effectively engages and influences stakeholders at all levels of organisations.
